MOQs vary by product line. Battery cells start at one container; complete BESS systems start at one unit. Contact us for specifics on the product you need.
Standard products: 6–10 weeks from order to dispatch. Containerised BESS: 12–16 weeks. Project-specific configurations may vary.
EXW, FOB, CIF and DAP terms are available. We work with established global freight partners on land, sea and air routes.
All NiTHIUM products carry full manufacturer warranty — typically 10 years for residential and C&I, 20 years for utility-scale BESS, with options for extended cover.
Standard terms are 30% deposit on order, 70% prior to dispatch. LC and trade finance arrangements considered for larger projects.
